BigCalc: Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 The “BigCalc” application (“Application”) is developed to allow users to perform calculations in offline mode. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern how you (“User” or “you”) access and use the BigCalc Application.

1.2 By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable regulations.

2. SCOPE OF USE

2.1 The Application is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. The main features include performing calculations offline (no Internet connection required for basic operations).

2.2 You are not permitted to sell, rent, distribute, or reproduce the Application or any portion of it without our prior written consent.

3. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS TRACKING

3.1 The Application includes AdMob advertisements. The advertising content is managed by the respective advertising service provider. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content.

3.2 The Application incorporates Google Analytics (or similar analytics platforms) to collect anonymous statistical data, such as feature usage frequency, crash reports, operating system version, etc. This information helps us improve the Application and does not contain personally identifiable information (PII).

3.3 By continuing to use the Application, you agree to the processing and collection of anonymous data for the purpose of analysis and enhancing the user experience.

4. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

4.1 We may update or modify the content, features, or rules of the Application from time to time to meet improvement needs or to comply with legal requirements.

4.2 Major changes will be announced within the Application or via other communication channels before they take effect. Your continued use of the Application after the changes are announced constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

5. OWNERSHIP AND RESTRICTIONS

6.1 The “ViDict” Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Application will operate without errors or interruptions.

6.2 We are not liable for any damage, loss, or harm resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.3 We take no responsibility for any advertising content, website links, or third-party content that may appear in the Application. You should assess the risks and trustworthiness of third-party content or services at your own discretion.

7. TERMINATION

7.1 You may stop using and uninstall the Application at any time.

7.2 In the event you violate any of the Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application immediately without prior notice.

8. SECURITY AND PRIVACY

8.1 We are committed to respecting users’ privacy. Data collection and usage, within the scope of advertising services and analytics platforms, complies with the current privacy policies of Google (or other relevant third parties).

8.2 You agree that certain non-personally identifiable information may be collected anonymously for the purpose of optimizing user experience, improving Application quality, and delivering more relevant advertisements.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any Privacy Policy (if applicable), form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Application.

9.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

9.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we are registered or operate. Any disputes regarding these Terms will be resolved by the competent court of jurisdiction.
